Menasha police say it looks like an explosive device caused a motorcycle to blow up late Monday night. Officers were called to the city’s south side at about 11:30 P-M. Nobody was injured in the blast. Responding officers say they found parts from the damaged motorcycle scattered in the nearby roadway. The Brown-Outagamie County Bomb Squad has been called in to help with the investigation. Police say they don’t think the incident was a random act, suggesting the motorcycle or its owner were likely targeted.
