Harley-Davidson plans to shift some of its production overseas to avoid European tariffs on U-S products. Harley announced Monday that new U-S tariffs on imported aluminum and steel are costing it between 90-to 100-million dollars and hurting business. President Donald Trump went to Twitter yesterday to say he was “Surprised that Harley-Davidson…would be the first to wave to White Flag.”
