The groundbreaking for the Foxconn factory in Mount Pleasant is again scheduled for June 28th after being briefly pushed back by a day. President Donald Trump will be on hand for the event Thursday, along with Governor Scott Walker and Foxconn Chairman Terry Gou. This will be President Trump’s first visit to Wisconsin since last June when he was in Waukesha. President Trump and Walker also toured Snap-On Tools in Kenosha in April of last year.
