The Fond du Lac County Sheriff Office says deputies are seeking charges of reckless use of a firearm and disorderly conduct against a Fond du Lac man. A railroad employee told sheriff’s investigators that he was directing traffic at the tracks on Kinker Road Thursday when a angry motorist pulled a handgun from his truck and pointed it at him. The motorist did not fire the gun. Deputies located the truck at a home on Highway 45 and arrested a 54-year-old man. The suspect’s name has not been released.
