Fugitive Plans To Turn Himself In

A man wanted for domestic assault has informed the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Office he plans to turn himself in today (Thursday).  Forty-three-year-old Jonathan Pogreba is expected to appear at an afternoon court appearance scheduled by his attorney.  He has eluded authorities for more than two weeks.  Investigators say Pogreba pointed a gun at his wife June 5th and knocked her against a car and onto the ground.  Pogreba’s son fired a blast from a shotgun at his father as he ran away, stole a neighbor’s car and wasn’t seen again.
