Inmates On The Lam Captured In Dane County

Two men who escaped from the Winnebago Correctional Center in Oshkosh yesterday morning were located and captured in Dane County last night.  27-year old James Heather & 25-year old Alexander Weinmann had left the minimum-security facility sometime between midnight and seven Tuesday morning.  Heather was originally convicted of possession of methamphetamine and a felon in possession of a firearm.  Weinmann…had been convicted of criminal damage to property, burglary and possessing burglary ‘tools.’  A Wisconsin Crime Alert revealed their capture by the Dane County Sheriff’s Department about 8:00 last evening.
