A woman accused of starting a fire which displaced 15 Milwaukee apartment residents had apparently made a threat which others ignored. The 33-year-old suspect was frustrated and a man who lives in the Milwaukee apartment building says he thinks she “snapped.” Her name hasn’t been released. Damage from the Sunday fire could have been even worse, but a fire company was right in front of the 36-unit building when it was flagged down by residents. The fire started in a second-floor unit. The suspect had said she was going to do it. She is now in police custody.
