A former agent with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives has entered a guilty plea to a charge of capturing an intimate representation. He admits taking photos in a women’s restroom. Twenty-seven-year-old Justin Fahy of Monona was caught in the restroom at a residence hall on the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus. A woman in Witte Hall noticed a man’s legs in a restroom stall, then saw a hand holding a phone pointed at her as she pulled up her pants last December. The A-T-F says Fahy no longer works for that federal agency.
