Charges have been filed against the driver who led Milwaukee police on a high-speed car chase which resulted in an officer’s death. Ladell William Harrison is accused of driving almost 100 miles-an-hour shortly before the squad car went out of control and flipped about 20 times. Officer Charles Irvine Junior was killed in the wreck. The officer driving was injured but has been released from the hospital. The 12 charges filed against Harrison including eluding an officer, resulting in death. He’s also charged with several drug offenses after being the target of a drug-related investigation for several months.
