Bail is set at $200 cash for a 26- year-old Manitowoc woman who’s accused of making terroristic threats toward the Family Dollar Store. Jakuley Williams is also charged with theft by employee and resisting arrest. Police were called about 5:30 yesterday afternoon to investigate a claim that Williams, an employee of the store, was allegedly caught stealing. She was fired and ignored several verbal commands by officers to stop as she was attempting to leave the premises. Williams was then placed in handcuffs when she allegedly threatened to blow up the store. Conditions of bail are that Williams have no contact with Family Dollar or any former co-workers and report to the Manitowoc Police Department for photos and prints. Her initial appearance is scheduled for June 18th at 2:30.
