Sheboygan Man Arrested for Intentionally Clogging Toilets

The Sheboygan Police Department has spent the past two months trying to figure out who was shoving plastic bottles into the toilets at the Deland Community Center, and they think they have their man. The man, while not being named at this time is a 33 year old Sheboygan resident, and was caught thanks to a citizen tip. The intentional clogging’s have caused an undisclosed amount of damage and labor costs to remove the bottles. The man has been referred to the Sheboygan County District Attorney’s Office for charges.
