Two Manitowoc County residents are in custody in a drug dealing case.
37-year-old Stacie Tadych was given a $6,000 cash bail while 38-year-old Charles Zitzer received $50,000 cash on Friday (November 6th) as both individuals face charges including Possession with the Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine and other offenses.
Earlier this month, the Manitowoc County Metro Drug Unit received information that Zitzer was involved in the distribution of drugs just two months after being released from federal prison on similar charges.
On Thursday (November 5th), law enforcement then surveilled Zitzer and Tadych in a vehicle as they travelled to Milwaukee County and made deliveries in the Manitowoc area.
Local authorities then conducted a traffic stop where K9 Knox alerted them to the presence of drugs.
Upon a search of the vehicle, 103 grams of meth, small baggies, and a scale, items which are consistent with drug dealing, were located.
Both individuals were then arrested and taken to the Manitowoc County Jail.
They both will return to court on Monday (November 9th) to make their initial appearance.
