Charges are being filed against three teens in connection with an attack last weekend on the owner of an Eau Claire restaurant.
Prosecutors say the suspects, one aged 19 and the other two aged 17, attacked the owner of El Patio restaurant after they were thrown out of the establishment on Halloween night.
