A local museum has temporarily closed its doors.
The Sheboygan County Museum has announced that, as of November 1st, they are closed four tours for a number of weeks.
This closure comes as museum staff prepares for the opening of its Holiday Memories 2026 exhibit, which will run from November 27th through December 30th.
When describing what guests can expect during the event, the museum explained, “Holiday Memories 2026 at the Sheboygan County Museum is a destination to create new memories while sharing an experience from years past. A magical exhibition rooted in the animated holiday displays of Sheboygan’s H.C. Prange Company store.”
The exhibit is set to feature the beloved elves of SantaLand as well as a Sheboygan favorite, Bruce the Spruce.
Those with questions about the temporary closure of the Sheboygan County Museum are asked to call 920-458-1103.
