A Manitowoc woman has been arrested after making terrorist threats at a local bar.
40-year-old Jeanie Estrada-Renteria has received a $250 cash bail after she was charged with Making Terrorist Threats, Disorderly Conduct, and Bail Jumping following an incident this weekend at Van’s Bar.
Local authorities were alerted to a disorderly conduct incident at Van’s where Estrada-Renteria refused to leave the establishment.
Once contacted by law enforcement, the 40-year-old walked out of the bar, but on her way out, she allegedly made gestures towards patrons inside and outside and stated she was going to shoot them all.
After these threats, Estrada-Renteria was taken into custody.
This incident came just three days after Estrada-Renteria was given a $500 personal recognizance bond by Court Commissioner Jewel Scharenbroch in a case where she and a codefendant are accused of stealing her neighbor’s mail.
Estrada-Renteria will now return to court on Monday (November 9th) to make her initial appearance in her most recent case.
