A second alderman in Sheboygan has announced their resignation.
According to City documents, District 9 Alderperson Trey Mitchell has submitted his resignation, which will take effect on November 17th.
This matter will be discussed at tonight’s Sheboygan Common Council meeting tonight (November 2nd).
Alder Mitchell tells SeehfarNews.com that he and his wife are expecting their second child in as many years and he wishes to devote more time to his family.
Tonight’s Common Council agenda also shows that Mayor Ryan Sorenson has recommended District 1 Alder Ryan Menzer to fill Mitchell’s spot on the Finance and Personnel Committee, as Alder Mitchell currently serves as the committee’s Chairperson.
This comes less than one month after former District 7 Alder Grazia Perrella announced her resignation on October 6th after moving out of her district.
