There are a pair of meetings on tap for today (November 2nd) in the City of Manitowoc.
Up first will be the Personnel Committee, which is set to convene in the Council Chambers at 5:00 p.m.
After getting their usual monthly reports, the group will review a request to approve a seasonal lifeguard reimbursement policy and to update the 2027 seasonal hiring pay rates.
They will then enter a closed session to get an update on police contract bargaining.
Then, at 5:30 p.m., the Finance Committee will take over the Chambers, where they will give the public time to comment.
They will then discuss and possibly take action on the proposed 2027 budget.
