Registration is Open November 1st through February 1st for the 2027 Landscape Pesticide Registry.
The DATCP invites homeowners to register and receive advance notice of commercial lawn care companies that apply pesticides to lawns, trees, and shrubs on nearby property.
Registration is free, and those who do so can submit addresses that they wish to receive notification for that are located on their block or adjacent blocks.
Registration must be re-completed every year.
The Landscape Pesticide Registry begins March 15th and will notify registrants at least 12 hours before treating nearby properties.
This registry will not apply to homeowners who do their own pesticide application, pesticide applications to the inside or outside of buildings, or pesticide used in agriculture.
