Fox Communities Credit Union has promoted a longtime employee to an executive position.
Bob Hein is now the credit union’s AVP of Member Solutions. Hein joined Fox in 2001 and advanced to Member Solutions Manager prior to this promotion.
The AVP of Member Solutions provides strategic leadership for the credit union’s collections, recovery, loss mitigation, bankruptcy, foreclosure, and asset recovery functions, and serves as a key business partner across Lending, Risk, Operations, Finance, and Compliance.
Hein said of his promotion, “I am honored to take on this role and grateful to the team that helped me get here. I look forward to building on our momentum and delivering even more value to our members.”
