A Manitowoc County highway was closed to traffic for nearly nine hours yesterday (October 27th) due to a crash.
The Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office was first called to the area of Highway 151 between County Roads S and J at around 1:50 p.m.
A detour was set up and remained in place until just prior to 10:50 last night.
The DOT originally estimated around two hours for cleanup and investigation.
