There is only one meeting scheduled for today (October 27th) in the City of Two Rivers.
The Business and Industrial Development Committee will hold a joint meeting with the Community Development Authority in the Council Chambers at 5:15 p.m., where they will give the public a chance to voice their input.
Then, after getting an update on construction and marketing activity, as well as lot sales at the Sandy Bay Subdivision, the group will view a presentation on a request for TID assistance for the former Malley Printing building, located at the corner of Jefferson and 15th Streets.
They will also get the latest on the projects at Renee’s Popcorn, Flavor Hut, and Rob Wlter/Moretti Freeze Dry before entering a closed session to discuss some potential assistance to an unspecified business and a possible property sale.
