No decision was made last night regarding a personnel issue in the City of Two Rivers.
The City Council met in a closed session to discuss the “performance and conduct” of a “management-level employee” believed to be City Manager Kyle Kordell.
Before going into that closed session, several council members were heard saying they were dreading this meeting and were not looking forward to it.
The Council met behind closed doors for over an hour, but when we asked Council President Scott Stechmesser if anything was determined, he said he had “no comment at this time.”
This meeting came at a time when Kordell has not been in City Hall for over two weeks.
Kordell announced earlier this month that he would be “spending some time away from City Hall to focus on his family and taking some time off.”
