Several students from Sheboygan South High School partnered with the Sheboygan Police Department to help clean up an area of the city.
The students, who were a part of Mr. Steen’s class, worked hand in hand with Neighborhood Beat Officers Fickett and Meyer to paint over graffiti and remove 17 large bags of trash in two major areas along the boardwalk.
The Department praised the work of these young men, saying it was “physically demanding work, and each of them did a great job helping clean up these areas to better our community, deter future potential crimes in those areas, and work as a team with local law enforcement.”
