A candidate running for Wisconsin’s 1st State Senate District has earned the endorsement of a Manitowoc County leader.
State Senate Candidate Nic Cravillion announced that Sheriff Dan Hartwig endorsed the New Franken Republican.
Sheriff Hartwig said he is proud to endorse Cravillion, saying that Nic “supports law enforcement and understands that safe communities depend on giving our officers the support they need.”
Cravillion said in his announcement that law enforcement deserves the resources, training, and support necessary to do their jobs effectively, and he “looks forward to working with Sheriff Hartwig and law enforcement leaders throughout Northeast Wisconsin to address the public safety needs of our communities.”
This is the third endorsement a sheriff has given Cravillion.
He previously received endorsements from Brown County Sheriff Todd Delain and Kewaunee County Sheriff Matt Joski.
