Milwaukee police have released body camera footage showing an officer-involved shooting that wounded a teenager late last month.
Officers were investigating reports of gunfire on September 30th when they spotted a masked individual holding a rifle near Seventh and Scott streets.
Police say the 17-year-old fled on foot and refused repeated commands to drop the weapon before an officer opened fire.
The teen, who survived with gunshot wounds to his leg, is now facing several criminal charges, including reckless endangerment and illegal possession of a firearm by a minor.
