The parents of missing Wisconsin teenager Isaiah Cramer are filing a wrongful-death lawsuit against a youth care facility.
Vance and Kimberly Cramer claim the Norris Adolescent Center failed to properly monitor their son before he walked off the Mukwonago property in 2024 and never returned.
The lawsuit alleges staff waited nearly an hour to call 9-1-1 and failed to maintain working security cameras on the night he disappeared.
Cramer is now presumed dead, and his family is seeking accountability and damages through Waukesha County court.
