
A Calumet County organization looks to address air pollution in the community.
Northern Calumet County Concerned Citizens is hosting a Healthy Climate Wisconsin presentation on air pollution and community health in the Brillion Middle School gymnasium on Wednesday (October 14th), starting at 6:30 p.m.
Mike Smith, president of Northern Calumet County Concerned Citizens, will share updates on the proposed Forest Junction Energy Center and Union Depot Energy Center.
There will also be a panel featuring family physician Joyce Bauer, MD, retired physical therapist Phil Sorenson, DPT, and public health professional Julia Alberth, MPH, all of whom are part of Healthy Climate Wisconsin.
All are welcome to attend, and there will be an opportunity to ask questions of the panel.
