Two Sheboygan businesses will be raising money to support victims of sexual assault and domestic violence today (October 9th).
Chicory Root Tattoo Studio and Paradigm Coffee & Music have teamed up to host a Safe Harbor Fundraiser, beginning at noon.
The event will begin with a flash tattoo fundraiser that runs until 7:00 p.m., with artists offering select tattoo designs to customers on a first-come, first-served basis.
Tattoos at Chicory Root will cost $100 cash, with Safe Harbor of Sheboygan County receiving 100% of the proceeds.
Then, at 6:00 p.m., Paradigm will open its doors for pumpkin carving and beverage service, followed by a live music performance from Deadelijk just outside in the Uptown Parklet.
Paradigm will also donate $1 from every pint of beer sold throughout the event to further Safe Harbor’s mission of providing advocacy, supportive services, and emergency shelter to individuals and families affected by the traumatic effects of domestic violence or sexual assault.
Available tattoo designs can be found online by visiting the Chicory Root Tattoo Studio Facebook page.
