Daniel D. Pankratz, age 77, of Manitowoc, passed away on Saturday, October 3, 2026 at Havenfield at Chilton.
He was born on June 5, 1949, in Manitowoc, son of the late Robert and Dorothy (Klusmeyer) Pankratz. Daniel served in the United States Marines in Vietnam. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing Sheepshead, golf, and watching Wisconsin sports teams.
Daniel is survived by five siblings: Greg (Deanne) Pankratz, Milwaukee, Bonnie Horner, Racine, Patrick (Jennifer) Pankratz, Manitowoc, Peter (Mary Clare) Pankratz, MN, Paul (Gena) Pankratz, Green Bay; one sister-in-law: Carmen Pankratz, Manitowoc; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents: Robert and Dorothy Pankratz; one brother: Michael Pankratz; one niece: Rachel Pankratz.
Graveside services will be held at 12:00 Noon on Thursday, October 22, 2026 at Evergreen Cemetery. Deacon Al Boeldt will officiate. Military Honors will be accorded by Vietnam Veterans Chapter #731.
