It’s part of the project under Tycore Built, which is looking to construct 40 single-family homes and 150 multi-family units, along with three commercial lots along Memorial Drive.
It’s all part of the new Mariners Lux subdivision.
The former mall site was demolished in 2025 after the city purchased the property the year before.
