Road construction work continues this week in Sheboygan County.
The Wisconsin DOT reports that the work on the Highway PP overpass on I-43 should be completed today, and crews will continue with shouldering, guardrail, and pavement marking operations from Highway 28 to Highway 42.
Sign structure will also be placed along westbound Highway 23 from County Road Y to Taylor Drive, and fences will be installed from Highway 23 to Wilson Lima Road.
The I-43 southbound on-ramp and northbound off-ramp at Highway 42 will both be closed from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. today (October 5th) and tomorrow, with various nightly lane closures being implemented throughout the week.
