Authorities are investigating after a mother says baby formula purchased at a Milwaukee gas station was apparently replaced with flour.
The woman says her three-month-old baby consumed the substance before the family realized something was wrong.
The baby was taken to the hospital after suffering constipation, but has since recovered.
The gas station owner says he reported the incident to WIC, and the state is investigating.
A sample of the substance was also sent to the FDA.
