A local family-owned construction company celebrated a new facility and a major milestone yesterday.
Bartow Builders held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its new headquarters on English Lake Road while also celebrating 27 years in business.
President Brandon Bartow tells Seehafernews.com that while the new building will support the company’s growth, it also provides a place to showcase the latest trends and products for homes.
Brandon explained, “Obviously, starting off with a new facility as of December of this past year, everything will hang true to be modern and current conditions for at least another three years.”
The new headquarters for Bartow Builders also brings all operations under one roof, streamlining internal processes and improving coordination between departments and trade partners.
Brandon also expects his team to remain busy since the housing market remains strong.
“The people that are in the cash position are in a much better place than those who are borrowing just because of the interest rates that recently ticked up,” he noted. “But there are people that are always doing remodeling. So, that is the one thing that we are known for, and we do a lot more remodeling than we do new construction, and we figure that will remain strong.”
The new Bartow Builders headquarters previously belonged to Twin Foundations, a former local venue that had sat vacant and has since been transformed into a new operation hub.
