
A Dane County judge is rejecting motions to dismiss felony charges against a Madison teacher accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a student.
30-year-old Eliav Goldman faces counts of child grooming and sexual misconduct stemming from his March arrest.
School district officials said yesterday Goldman remains on unpaid administrative leave from Vel Phillips Memorial High School and Toki Middle School.
State licensing officials note his educator license remains under active investigation as the criminal case moves forward.
