Two people are dead after a crash involving a car and two motorcycles in Jefferson County.
Authorities say the crash occurred Sunday morning as the driver of a Ford Focus crossed into the northbound lane and collided with the motorcycles.
One motorcycle rider and a passenger were pronounced dead at the scene, while the car’s driver and another motorcycle rider suffered minor injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
