A Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Deputy on desk duty following an incident in Calumet County is scheduled to make his initial appearance.
Court records show that the case against 44-year-old Andrew Beck will be brought up in front of Calumet County Judge Carey Reed.
Beck faces two misdemeanor charges of criminal damage to property and theft of movable property.
The Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office announced two weeks ago that Beck was temporarily reassigned to administrative duty due to the pending litigation.
The official criminal complaint was filed earlier this month.
