Valders has a plethora of events to celebrate homecoming season, all of which are open to the community to attend.
The first event is Boys Buff Volleyball, where high school boys will have the chance to get on the volleyball court and play against their peers.
These games will be on September 27th starting at 3:00 pm in the Valders High School Gymnasium.
Next, Girls Powderpuff Football will have high school girls out on the football field.
Each class will go against the others until one is left standing.
These games will be on September 29th at 7:00 pm on the Valders Football Field.
Their next event will be the Homecoming Parade, which will start at 2:20 on October 2nd on the streets outside Valders High School.
This parade will feature the VHS band, floats made by each grade, Homecoming Court, and the Valders Fire Department.
Following the parade will be a pep rally inside the Valders gymnasium, where Homecoming Court will compete in competitions to see which grade takes home the Homecoming trophy.
Finally, the Homecoming football game will be on October 2nd at 7:00 pm at Valders High School against the Two Rivers Raiders.
Come out and cheer on the Valders Vikings for their Homecoming week.
