There are some new faces on multiple committees in the City of Sheboygan.
At this week’s Common Council meeting, the group began with Jon Donovan resigning from the Sheboygan Housing Authority, as well as numerous individuals up for consideration to fill vacancies on other committees.
Following Donovan’s resignation, Liz Kroll was formally appointed to the Housing Authority in his absence.
Meanwhile, Annalise Flynn was appointed by Mayor Ryan Sorenson to the Mead Public Library Board of Trustees, Karl Nelson was appointed to the Senior Services Commission, and Quintin Zufelt was appointed to the City’s Board of Zoning Appeals.
Following the Mayoral appointments, the Council intended to hold an election to select a new member for the Board of Waterworks Commissioners.
However, the only candidate under consideration for the position was Thomas Howe, who received a unanimous vote to join the Board.
