Rules:
All questions were discussed by a panel of individuals representing each side of the political aisle to ensure they are worded properly and do not favor or belittle either candidate.
Each candidate will get a chance to give an opening and closing statement to start and end the debate.
A coin will be flipped to determine who will get to go first for the opening and closing statements.
Each candidate will have two minutes to answer a question, plus a one-minute rebuttal if they were asked first.
