A criminal complaint has revealed more details regarding a child sexual assault and incest case in Sheboygan Falls.
30-year-old Jordan Ten Dolle has been charged with Repeated Sexual Assault of the Same Child and Incest with a Child by a Stepparent following allegations that he sexually assaulted his stepdaughter numerous times over the span of multiple years.
According to the criminal complaint, Ten Dolle’s actions were brought to the attention of the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office by his wife and the victim’s mother.
While the victim is now 11 years old, these sexual assaults are said to have occurred between September 2021 and March 2023 when the victim was just six or seven years old.
When interviewed, the victim continued to accuse the 30-year-old of making her touch his genitals, asking her to perform oral sex on him, and placing his hand under her shirt to grab her breasts on numerous occasions.
To authorities, Ten Dolle denied the accusations yet admitted that one of the sexual assaults took place, but claimed, “She just did it.”
And when questioned about touching the victim’s breasts, Ten Dolle claimed he didn’t remember if it happened or not.
He will now return to court in Sheboygan County on September 30th for a preliminary hearing.
