A man charged in connection with a fatal stabbing in Eau Claire is pleading not guilty by reason of insanity.
Anthony Jackson is facing charges for stabbing Alex Graff at the Do Dodge Inn in December of 2024.
Graff was playing pool when Jackson reportedly stabbed him.
Jackson’s trial is scheduled to begin October 26th.
