There is only one meeting scheduled for today (September 22nd) in the City of Two Rivers.
The Business and Industrial Development Committee will hold a joint meeting with the Community Development Authority, at 5:15 p.m. in the Council Chambers.
After giving the public time to voice input, the groups will get the latest on construction, marketing, and lot sales at the Sandy Bay Highlands Subdivision.
They will also review a TID Assistance request for a project at the former Malley Printing building, located at 1500 Jefferson Street, before entering a closed session.
There, they will discuss property sales and related negotiations for the Sandy Bay Highlands, the potential sale of some city-owned property, and an unspecified TIF agreement.
