The Rahr-West Art Museum has announced the winners of the Visitors’ Choice Awards for the 2026 Museum Members and Manitowoc County Art Exhibit.
These works were voted on by other participating artists on August 23rd, and the results are finally in. The Artists’ Choice Award was given to Jason Prigge for his piece titled Downtown Harmony.
The Visitors’ Choice for two-dimensional works was awarded to John Rohrer for his piece, Tree Nursery, Lake Michigan.
The Visitors’ Choice for three-dimensional works winner was Thomas M. Tittl for his sculpture Swan Trio, which was crafted out of wood.
This competition included work from local artists who either live in Manitowoc County or are members of the Rahr-West Art Museum.
This local museum is admission-free and open to all community members.
