The results of a recent health assessment will be revealed next month.
Healthy Sheboygan County will host a Data Walk Open House on October 7th from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Jake’s, a Lakeland Community.
The Data Walk Open House will reveal the findings of the recently completed 2026 Community Health Needs Assessment.
When describing the event, Healthy Sheboygan County explained, “This interactive event is designed to share findings from our 2026 Community Health Needs Assessment, including data from our Community Input Survey and local health reports…Participants are invited to walk through at their own pace, visit dedicated stations for our various Action Teams, and share their thoughts on local health strategies.”
The data will include the latest information on mental health, housing, and other top community priorities in the county.
Those in attendance will have to share their thoughts on the findings, learn about local Action Teams, and enjoy light snacks and the chance to win a prize.
More information on the event can be found on the Healthy Sheboygan County Facebook page.
