A heavily trafficked roundabout in Sheboygan County will be closed for an extended period.
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation tells SeehaferNews.com that the State Highway 28 and State Highway 32 roundabout in the City of Sheboygan Falls will close for ten days, beginning Monday (September 21st).
During the closure, work will include curb, gutter, and truck apron replacement and paving operations.
A detour will also be in place, taking Highway 28 traffic to State Highway 57, to County Road V, and eventually to I-43.
Meanwhile, Highway 32 traffic’s detour will utilize State Highway 23, I-43, and V.
This closure and related work are part of the large-scale Highway 28 bridge replacement and resurfacing project between 57 and County Road A.
All work and traffic impacts are weather-dependent and may be subject to change.
