An Onalaska man charged in connection with recent fires in La Crosse County has been ruled incompetent for trial.
David Sheldon was taken into custody last month on charges that he had intentionally started a number of fires.
He has been ordered committed to the Department of Health Services, with a reevaluation expected in 90 days.
