There is only one meeting scheduled for today (September 16th) in the City of Manitowoc.
The Community Development Authority will be in City Hall at 4:00 p.m., where they will review the monthly financial reports for the Manitowoc Public Housing Business.
Then the group will discuss a rent increase up to $620 for one-bedroom and $811 for two-bedroom units at the Manitou Manor Apartments.
This increase will go into effect in January, with the prices based on Fair Market Rent established by the 2020-2024 5-year American Community Survey.
The group will also get an update on an office renovation and construction project before conducting a design review for a façade grant application submitted by the owner of the property at 316 North 8th Street.
