A Manitowoc man has been charged after a disturbance in Two Rivers.
53-year-old Chad Wenzel was given a $250 cash bail yesterday (September 15th) by Court Commissioner Jewel Scharenbroch.
Wenzel has been charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Trespassing, Disorderly Conduct, and Bail Jumping.
These charges come as a result of an incident that occurred recently at The Village Inn, a hotel and RV park in Two Rivers.
Wenzel is accused of causing a disturbance at the establishment using explosive language, prompting staff to call the police.
The 911 call also followed a previous contact earlier in the day between the 53-year-old and law enforcement, who explicitly told him he was not to go back to The Village Inn.
However, he did, and when he was arrested, he was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and a glass pipe.
These new charges come in addition to another open case where Wenzel is also facing meth charges in Manitowoc County as well.
As part of his bail in his most recent case, Wenzel was also ordered to maintain absolute sobriety, and he is to have no contact with The Village Inn.
He returns to court on Monday to make his initial appearance in Branch 2.
