There are two meetings on tap for today (September 15th) in the City of Manitowoc.
Up first is the Plan Commission, which will be in the Council Chambers at 5:00 p.m., where they will discuss a conditional use permit request submitted by The Neighborhood for a temporary warming shelter at St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church, located at 2601 South 10th Street, as well as the rewrite of the zoning code.
Then, at 5:00 p.m., the Zoning Board of Appeals will convene in the Jim Brey Conference Room where they will review an appeal submitted by a resident.
The owner of a property in the 1600 block of Green Street requested to construct a porch within the designated front yard setback area of his property, which is against city code.
