There are two meetings set for today (September 15th) in the City of Sheboygan.
Up first will be the Board of Police and Fire Commissioners meeting at 3:30 p.m. inside the third-floor conference room at City Hall.
The group will begin with a discussion regarding bylaw language as it relates to discipline timelines and possible action before getting an update from the fire department.
They will then move into a closed session to conduct interviews for the position of police officer.
Then, at 4:00 p.m., the City Plan Commission will meet inside Council Chambers.
The only item on their agenda is a general ordinance allowing the Sheboygan Area School District and builders to encroach on portions of South 10th Street, Ashland Avenue, and South 11th Street as part of the ongoing improvement project at Farnsworth Middle School.
